Maybe for Halloween I could go as Piet Mondrian. The glasses in this photo, "Mondrian's Pipe and Glasses, Paris," which appears on the cover of a new Andre Kertesz book I just got a review copy of, are almost identical to mine.Then again, maybe that's not such a good idea . . .

i was wondering what conversation they were having while they were posing, waiting for him to take the picture. i know photographers. they have to make sure the light metre reading is right and a million other sundry things all the while people are posed waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting for it to be all done.
