Huh, That's Weird
There's an interesting short piece in this week's New Yorker about a bizarre incidence of homophobia on an American Airlines flight.

Interesting indeed.
It's got me to thinking about "homophobia" now. Why do we call something that was blatant discrimination against two gay men "homophobia?" Are we giving straight people a pass? It's OK to discriminate against the gays because we fear them. I need to mull this over a bit more.
